Only down side would be the lack of bath my girls aren’t keen on the shower, on day 2 we were provided with a baby bath which was manageable but the kids were far to big. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard, had tea and coffee facilities, fridge, hair dryer and satellite TV including Cebeebies, I know you don’t want to be stuck in watching tele on holiday but this was a god send while we tried to get ready in the evening!

The facilities were great, 3 outdoor pools, the main pool, smaller heated pool and a splash pool with lots of slides and sprinklers this was great fun, also a small park and a splash park where we spent a lot of time playing! loads to do to cater for all; Indoor pool, spa, aerial adventure, gym, sports bar, bike hire football academy to name a few. Also the more boring, practical but essential laundry service, towel hire and WI-FI (which was a little hit and miss) available.

Kids club was available from age 3 so the girls didn’t get to try this out but we did book some crèche sessions for them you have to pay extra for these, we booked them before we left I believe you can also book while out there. The crèche was run by friendly experienced, qualified, English staff so I knew they were in great hands, very clean all the toys were from mother care or ELC and kept to a high standard. Outside area was secure and shaded so excellent for the little ones. They had 3 sessions and always enjoyed them. There was also parent and toddler groups available throughout the week at set times in the crèche so you could get a break from the sun and use the room.

The entertainment was a real highlight of the holiday for me the team clearly put in so much hard work and made a real effort from day one there were games during the day the evening entertainment starting out with something for the kids with the ‘widgets’ the girls loved this and were at the front watching and dancing every evening. Followed by entertainment put on for the whole family getting people up on the stage and having a good laugh. The first night there they had me up on the stage playing a guess the ad’s type game I’m not usually one for getting up I like to watch from the audience but the roped me in after a cocktail or two and it was so much fun and best of all I won haha. I got a certificate and a Russell the Brussell t-shirt which I still have an wear to bed!

The first night I was not impressed at all by the food we used to main buffet restaurant the selection was poor and nothing was labelled, however complaints were heard and improvements were made as the week went on. Breakfast was good choice of cooked or continental and a large selection of fruits. Guilty, I enjoyed a fry up every morning!
During our stay we also dined in a la carte Italian which was lovely, And the Tex Mex which I thought was delicious,  having had a look though it doesn’t look like this is available any more instead there is a barbeque buffet instead i can imagine very similar though. the themed restaurant need to be booked in advance and 1 visit to each per week is included with your holiday. Lunch was a buffet style again not the best selection I managed to find something I liked every day but it was a bit samey.
