Back in the Summer all five of us were sent some amazing scooters from Micro Scooters. The girls (aged 5 and 6) got three Maxi-Micro Scooters for children aged 6-12 (being a little too un balanced I think for two wheelers just at the moment) in red, purple and pink; I got the Micro Scooter Daisy and Hubby the Micro Flex Classic. We used them ALL the time in the Summer and spent a lot of time making little videos which we shared with you on Facebook and Instagram; just like these! I love Scooters and Ice Creams a lot!
We scooted to the park when we were at home in the Summer and we scooted on holiday. We packed them in the back of the car (as they all fold down you see) with all our luggage and headed off for weekends away, but to be honest I was a little bit worried about whether we would all use them as the days got colder or whether (the adults ones particularly) would languish in the shed.
I can however confirm that Micro Scooters are 100% year round winner in the Mini Travellers household. On a very cold Sunday last weekend, we couldn’t agree what to do. Hubby and I wanted to go to the woods behind the house for a walk, one child wanted to stay at home, the other go to the beach and the other to the playground. However when Lily came up with the idea of going out for a family scooter trip it was a re-sounding yes from everyone!
So we all put our thick coats, hats and gloves on and we scooted off happily round the village, through the park, to the beach and back home for hot chocolate. Me and Hubby got the fresh air we wanted and the girls each got to go where they wanted, all because we could get on our scooters and go!
If your kids are wondering what to put on their Christmas lists to Santa then look no further, a Micro Scooter will be perfect. I also think you should pop one on your list too!
