It’s already getting to the time of year when trips to Santa are popping up everywhere. If you’re like Lisa of Hollybobbs Blog you’ll want to get booked in early so you don’t miss out or like to get the festive season all planned out then you’ll want to get the dates booked in soon.

Here are some places you can see Santa in the Wigan area this Christmas:

Bents Garden & Home

We absolutely love this garden centre, especially at Christmas time where they really do go all out with their displays. There are several festive events going on, which includes breakfast and tea parties, events for toddlers and a lovely festive weekend where you will see real reindeer, enjoy fairground rides and get to meet Santa. Visit their website for all the details.

Haigh Woodland Park

Haigh Woodland Park is one of the most popular areas to visit in Wigan with families and I’m sure they will go all out for Christmas. They have Santa’s Grotto open every weekend in December as well as Haigh Artisan Market where there will be crafts, a brass band, songs and a visit from Santa.

Leigh Santa Parade

Between the end of November and late December Santa and his team make their way round the Leigh area with the help of Wigan & Leigh Rotary Club. This is a really lovely event which I love watching every year – we take the children out in their PJ’s for them to wave at Santa as he drives past. Take a look at their facebook page for the pull list of dates and locations.

Treetops Play Area in Golborne

They have several events this Christmas. These include breakfast with Santa, Santa’s Tea and Santa’s Sunday Special Party. Set to be lovely events for the little ones, Santa will join with gifts for all the children be there for pictures, and even give us a wiggle to baby shark. Again head to their Facebook page for the full list and details.

Velocity Trampoline Park

In December they host a Breakfast With Santa and a Pyjama Party. The children will get to jump on the trampolines, enjoy some food and visit Santa’s Grotto. When it becomes available more information can be found on their Facebook page.
