I’ve written about Tam O’Shanters Farm before. It is very close to us and we visit regularly. I’m sad to say it is now closed on a Monday and a Tuesday but the sign does say that is only until half term. You never know it might find some funding, maybe!

The weather today was cold (freezing actually) but dry so we decided to head out for an hour or so and try out our new wellies from the aptly name Welly Warehouse.  The girls all loved them (very pretty was the reaction) so a good start. Although my eldest (and most precious) did decide she didn’t want to get them dirty! Mmm tricky when you are going to a farm.

They jumped in mud, splashed in puddles and climbed on fences, and the wellies coped happily with all they need to do!   Oh and did I mention they look pretty!
